He got his acting break as a stage performer in the year 1998. He is extremely well-known for his comical roles in numerous Hindi films, tele-series and theatres, he is best known for his portrayal of Naagraj in Golmaal series. In the year 1994, he made his debut in the telescreen with Tea Time Manoranjan. He also acted in films like Rehana Hai Tere Dil Main, Krishna Cottage, Krissh 3 and many more. He won Indian Telly Awards (2002) for the movie, Yeh Hai Mumbai Meri Jaan.
